Dr. Madhan is an experienced library professional with a strong academic background. He has a Post Graduation Diploma in Digital Library and Information Management (PGDLIM) from Central University of Gujarat and Post Graduation in Library and Information Science from Aligarh Muslim University. He has expertise in library Technology such as automation and management software (Koha, LIBSYS, SOUL, OPS, and OJS), managing digital library systems (DSpace, EPrints, and ResourceSpace), reference management tools, Library archive (Atom) and programming languages like HTML and CSS.
